Walk
From the main village car park in Mullion, turn right onto the main road, cross over it and go into the playing field opposite. At the end of the field, turn right onto the lane and go ahead. Cross the next road and continue on the path onto Laflouder Lane. Turn left, then left again. Walk along the path as it bears to the right and then left. Head on past the track into the field on your right. Turn right and walk to St Mellans Terrace, then left onto Nansmellyon Road.
On the main road, turn right and walk past both the cricket ground and Glenmoor Lane. Take the footpath on the left of the bungalow after the postbox and cross the field to the corner opposite, reaching a small road. Turn left on Ghost Hill and turn right onto the footpath. Follow this across the fields, going into the left-hand field beyond and walking along the left edge to the lane.
Turn right on the lane and walk to Nansmellyon Road, turning left to head gently downhill to Mullion Cove. Once finished at Mullion Cove, turn back to head up the same road you descended on.
When you reach the small Mullion Cove road on your left, turn here onto it. Follow this road until you reach the South West Coast Path. Follow this until you reach point 5.
Turn right here and onto the bridleway after the stream at Polurrian Cove. Turn right again on Laflouder Lane and carry on ahead. Fork right and then left onto Laflouder Lane. Turn left here and retrace your steps to the car park at the beginning of the walk.
