Walks in: Cotswolds

Here you will find our collection of dog walks in the Cotwolds area of England. The Cotswolds is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and is the second largest protected landscape in England (second to the Lake District National Park) and the largest AONB. Its boundaries stretch from just south of Stratford-upon-Avon to just south of Bath. The Cotswolds lies across several county boundaries, mainly Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire, and parts of Wiltshire, Somerset, Worcestershire and Warwickshire. On the walks listed above, where stiles are present, they are specially designed with lift gates for dogs. Our walks are graded: “Easy, Moderate, or Challenging” to help you find the perfect route for your dog’s abilities, with all walks taking between 1 and 3 hours. The scenery in this area is varied, some walks feature forests and woodland to help keep your dog shaded on hot summer days. Many of the dog walks have water; whether it is lakes, tarns, rivers, or streams. Remember, many of the walks feature hills and rough terrain so be prepared when walking, it is always sensible to bring water for both you and your wet nosed friend. Never miss a walk, if you enjoy the site and walks / trails, then follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
