How to get there: From the B6265 in Grassington take Wood Lane on your right and travel north. Follow this for one mile, the nature reserve lies alongside the Grassington and Conistone minor road.

The Walk
One of the largest areas of broadleaved woodland in the Dales.

Walk
1 From the car park, head on the left path through the woodland. Take the first left, then follow the path as it heads north adjacent to Grass Wood Lane.
2 Turn right onto the track and follow this along relatively straight until you reach point 3.
3 Turn right to follow the path southward. Continue as it bears to the left, following it to point 4.
4 Loop round here to the right. Follow the path back and take it as it rounds to the left, almost reaching Grass Wood Lane again, and heading back to the car park.
