There is a large National Trust pay and display car park at Hughenden Manor in Buckinghamshire. Parking is free for National Trust members. The car park provides direct access to the Manor, gardens, visitor facilities (cafe, shop, toilets), and the start of the estate walks. It can get very busy, especially at weekends, during school holidays, and when special events are being held at this popular Buckinghamshire attraction. Overflow parking may be available at peak times.

The terrain in Hughenden Park and Manor estate, Buckinghamshire, is varied and often hilly. Paths within the formal gardens and some main parkland routes are generally well-surfaced (gravel or compacted earth) and accessible for many. Woodland and wider estate paths can be earth, very uneven, muddy after rain, and involve significant steep ascents and descents, particularly in the Chilterns beech woods. Sturdy footwear with good grip is essential for exploring the full estate. This Buckinghamshire walk has challenging sections.
