Terrain: A vibrant and invigorating walk over a prominent hill. Expect a mix of stony paths, rough grassy tracks, and natural earth paths through woodlands and open fields. The terrain is hilly with steep gradients when ascending to the ridge and in places within the loop. Parts of the route, especially in lower sections or after rain, can be muddy and boggy. Sturdy, comfortable, and waterproof hiking boots with excellent grip are absolutely essential for both you and your dog.
