Terrain: A truly invigorating coastal walk that follows dramatic clifftops and open moorland. Paths are a mix of trails, slopes, and steps, often uneven and exposed. You'll encounter a steep climb onto a section of moorland, and the path continues to undulate significantly from the moor towards the lighthouse. Expect paths to be rocky and muddy in places, especially after rain. Sturdy, comfortable, and waterproof hiking boots with excellent grip are absolutely essential for both you and your dog.
Accessibility: Due to the steep climb, numerous slopes, steps, and uneven terrain, this walk is not suitable for those with mobility issues or pushchairs. While rated "Easy" by some for experienced walkers, its physical demands are Moderate to Challenging for many. It requires good fitness and sure-footedness.- Get Directions:
