- Dog Notes:
Browne's Folly Nature Reserve in Bath & NE Somerset is a good place for walking with energetic dogs that are comfortable with steep and uneven terrain. Woodland paths offer good exploration. However, be extremely cautious of very steep drops, old quarry workings with unfenced edges, and potentially unstable ground, especially near the Folly and quarry faces – dogs MUST be kept under very close control and preferably on leads in these hazardous areas for their safety. Livestock may graze some parts of the reserve for conservation purposes (check signage). Please clean up after your dog when visiting this reserve.
