There is a large National Trust pay and display car park at Ickworth House, Park, and Gardens in Suffolk. Parking is free for National Trust members. The car park provides direct access to the visitor reception, house, gardens, cafes, shop, toilets, and the start of the estate walks. It can get very busy, especially at weekends, during school holidays, and when special events are being held at this popular Suffolk attraction. Overflow parking may be available at peak times.

The terrain in the Ickworth estate, Suffolk, is varied. Paths within the formal gardens and around the main House/Rotunda are generally well-surfaced (gravel or tarmac) and accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Parkland and woodland paths are a mix of gravel, earth, and grass, which can be muddy and uneven after rain. There are some gentle to moderate slopes and hills throughout the extensive estate.
