Terrain: A vast, open coastal landscape. The walk takes place primarily on wide, sandy beach and a firm promenade. The sand can be soft near the dunes but becomes firmer closer to the water at low tide. The promenade offers a smooth, accessible surface. The terrain is generally flat. Expect the sand to be wet near the water's edge, and very windy conditions are common. Sturdy, comfortable walking shoes are recommended, and waterproof footwear is ideal if you plan to walk closer to the water.
Accessibility: The promenade offers excellent accessibility for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Access onto the sand from the promenade usually involves gentle slopes or ramps, but walking on soft sand can be challenging for some.- Facilities:
