Terrain: A tranquil and primarily woodland walk. Paths are mainly natural earth and leaf litter, with some compacted tracks. The terrain is gently undulating (total ascent 39m / 128ft), making for an easy and pleasant stroll through the trees. Expect paths to be muddy and prone to puddles in places, especially after rain or during wetter seasons. Sturdy, comfortable walking shoes are recommended, and waterproof footwear is advisable.
