This route features a mix of paved village pavements, quiet country lanes, and dirt footpaths. The paths through Scott's Wood down to the quay are uneven, rooty, and can be very slippery and muddy after rain or during the winter months. Walking boots or wellies are highly recommended.

About this Walk
This walk is split into two distinct loops centred around the village of Constantine. The northern loop takes you up into the countryside to find a hidden ancient site, while the southern loop plunges you into ancient oak woodlands down to the edge of the beautiful Polwheveral Creek.
