The Walk

A circular walk Coaley Peak viewpoint and picnic site.

Map with thanks to Ordnance Survey.

Walk

1 From the bottom end of the car park, pass through the wooden gate. Follow the Cotswold Way long-distance route track heading southward until it meets up with the road at point 2 on the map.

2 Join the road and walk along it for a short while, until you head off it to the right where you will head back into the woodland, away from the road. Follow the path by the tree line until you reach point 3.

3 At this point, take an effective left turn through the woodland and you will eventually join back up with the path near where you joined the road earlier. Cross back over the road and follow the initial path back to the car park.
