Walk
1 Start from Thorndon Country Park North car park. Follow the green 'wildside way' waymarkers. Head towards Little Warley Common, then follow a stream south through the wood. When you are through the wood, the path enters into a meadow. Follow the edge of the woodland and pass by two ponds. Continue on Childerditch Street, and across fields to Jury Hill.
2 Heading east, pass by Pigeon Mount, which is a raised grassy platform. Here, head north, you will pass Rookery Wood before you reach Old Hall Pond. The walk continues on through the park.
3 You will walk amongst some trees as you go alongside Thorndon Park Golf Club. Follow on the path to finish the walk, continuing to follow the 'wildside walk' waymarkers back to the car park.
