Alver Valley Country Park in Hampshire is extremely popular for dog walking, and dogs are very welcome. There are extensive areas for off-lead exercise throughout the woodlands and meadows, but dogs should be kept under control, especially near children's playgrounds, the River Alver (be cautious if your dog swims), ponds with waterfowl, and when other park users or cyclists are present. Dog waste bins are widely available throughout this Hampshire park. Please clean up after your dog. It's a fantastic park for giving dogs a good run.
