Dog Notes:

Holkham Beach in North Norfolk is exceptionally dog-friendly, with vast expanses of sand for dogs to run and play year-round. Dogs can usually be off-lead on most of the beach and in the pine woods. However, there may be some specific signposted areas (particularly within the National Nature Reserve sections or during bird breeding season, April-August, for species like Little Terns and Ringed Plovers) where dogs are requested to be on leads or are not permitted – always check local Holkham Estate/Natural England signage. Please clean up after your dog to protect this beautiful Norfolk environment. The beach is a dog's paradise!
