The terrain is undulating and quite hilly, with numerous moderate to steep climbs and descents throughout the woods. Expect paths to be very muddy and prone to puddles, especially after rain or in wetter seasons. Sturdy, comfortable, and waterproof hiking boots with good grip are essential for both you and your dog.
