There is a large National Trust pay and display car park for Lacock village and Abbey, located on the outskirts of the village in Wiltshire (signposted from the A350). Parking is free for National Trust members. This car park provides the main access for visitors. The village itself has very restricted parking to preserve its historic character and is often residents-only in many parts. The NT car park can get very busy, especially at weekends, holidays, and when filming is taking place in this popular Wiltshire location, so arriving early is advised.
