The National Trust Carding Mill Valley car park, has capacity for about 150 cars (£5.00 all day, free for National Trust members). There is the large main car park upon entry and a smaller car park further up, which closes at 4pm. If this car park is full, there is an alternative car park. Outside the Co-Op in Church Stretton, the Easthorpe Car Park has fewer spaces but is another option. It is 50p per hour or £4.00 per day, free on Sundays and Bank Holidays. From Easthorpe Car Park, it is a 10-minute walk to Carding Mill Valley.

Toilets, Cafe, Pub Nearby, - Facilities: There are numerous information stands and booths available at the beginning of the walk. There is a cafe and toilets located on the left hand side, as you walk up from the car parking area. You can also walk into Church Stretton for pubs and shops, it is about a 15 minute walk from the car park.
