Terrain: A tranquil, predominantly flat woodland walk. Paths are mainly natural earth and leaf litter, with some compacted tracks. Expect paths to be muddy and potentially boggy in places, especially after rain or during wetter seasons. There are very gentle undulations, but no significant climbs or descents. Sturdy, comfortable, waterproof walking shoes or boots are highly recommended.
Accessibility: Due to the natural, unpaved surfaces, potential for mud, and narrower paths, Linnets Wood is generally not suitable for those with significant mobility issues or pushchairs, especially beyond the immediate entrance points.
