While there are open grassy areas where off-lead exercise *might* be possible for well-behaved dogs with good recall if the park is quiet, dogs **should generally be on leads** on all main paths around Poynton Pool (due to abundant waterfowl and high pedestrian traffic), in any formal garden areas, near children's play areas, the Park Lane Centre/cafe, and where signage indicates.
