- Dog Notes:
Dogs are welcome at Risley Moss Local Nature Reserve in Cheshire, but they MUST be kept on a lead at all times throughout the entire reserve. This is a strict requirement to protect the sensitive wildlife (including ground-nesting birds, small mammals, reptiles, and amphibians) and the fragile mossland habitats. Please clean up after your dog; bins are usually provided near the visitor centre or car park. This Cheshire reserve is excellent for on-lead dog walks where nature observation is key.
