A varied mix of woodland trails, riverside paths, quiet residential lanes and short coastal sections. The Kilminorth Woods stretch is uneven underfoot, with exposed roots and can become muddy and slippery after rain. Expect a number of short but fairly steep inclines, particularly through West Looe’s hilly streets. Sturdy footwear is recommended year-round.
