Walk
From the car park, head right onto the road, then left onto the path through the woodland. Follow the path as it snakes northward as it progresses effectively around Three Sisters Race Circuit.
Take a right here and progress along the path through the woodland.
You will emerge crossing two stone steps, onto the road (Bryn Gates Lane). Turn right onto this road. Follow the road a little way, passing by some buildings. When you reach some white houses on your left, take the track opposite these (on your right). Follow this heading south for a short while.
As the track goes to the left, you remain straight on to go on the path. Head down past the field to your left, then take continue straight on. Follow the path past the trees and go with it as it heads left. Remain on the path and loop back around until you reach back to the number 4 on the route map. Turn right, then left, then left again.
Follow the path as it loops back down under the Boating Lake, then left to head around it and back up to the car park.
