Crosby Beach

Leads: Crosby Beach is very dog-friendly with large areas for off-lead running and playing year-round. However, dogs should be kept under control, especially around Antony Gormley's \"Another Place\" sculptures (people congregate here) and be mindful of other beach users.
Water: The sea for paddling! Carry fresh water for drinking.
Wildlife: Seabirds and waders.
Dog Bins: Usually available at main access points and along the promenade.
Hazards: Soft mud and sinking sand can exist in certain areas, particularly further out from the main beach at low tide &ndash; heed any warning signs and stay closer to shore. Be aware of tide times as the beach changes dramatically. The iron sculptures can have sharp edges or be slippery.
