The Walk
A circular walk from some magnificent ruins.

Note The walk starts from Chesters Roman Fort. Dogs are more than welcome at Chesters Roman Fort, but please ensure your four-legged friend is kept on a lead and not taken into the museum. English Heritage page for the site can be found here.
Walk
1 From the car park, head onto the footpath along the road, turning left from the car park, then head up the lane leading off to the right.
2 Upon reaching the crossroads, turn right (signposted cycle byway).
3 Cross over the main road and head on into the village of Humshaugh.
4 Leave the village and follow the road back toward Chollerford and Chesters Roman Fort.
