The Walk
An excellent walk along the river.

Walk
1 From the car park pass the Pay and Display machine on your left and take the pedestrian exit on your right. Cross over the road and pass through the gap in the wall. Follow the well-worn path across the meadow keeping the river to your right, ignoring any bridges as you go. There are a couple of stiles, however these all have dog gaps.
2 Eventually you will reach the weir, your dog can paddle in relative safety downstream.
3 Continuing along the well-worn path will take you under the Headstone Viaduct. When you reach the end of the meadow, simply turn around and retrace your steps back to the car park.
