Walk
From the car park at Flamborough Lighthouse, turn left to head out over the green area by the benches keeping, at all times heading out, the coast to your right. Head on down past the historical beacon and toward the stone steps, which if you follow down to the left and continue ahead and uphill to be along the coastline.
The walking route will pass along the perimeter of the golf course at Flamborough Head Golf Club, this has a fence with wooden posts to signal the edge of the course.
As you approach North Landing, there are wide open spaces away from the cliff edge, but if you continue on the path it will begin to head inland and you will see a residential area in view. There is a café located here, where you can get some refreshments. Down the boat launching ramp you will find a small cover beach which is a great place to relax a little while.
Once you have rested and taken in the surrounding area and views, return to the New Flamborough Lighthouse, where the route began, by retracing your steps along the coast, clifftop path.
