- Dog Notes:
Dogs are welcome on the outdoor paths of the New Lanark and Falls of Clyde Wildlife Reserve in Lanarkshire. However, they must be kept on leads and under close control at all times due to the steep drops into the gorge, the fast-flowing river, and to protect wildlife (including badgers). Dogs are not usually permitted inside the New Lanark visitor centre buildings. This Lanarkshire walk is a good on-lead adventure for fit dogs.
