Useful Information

How to get there: From Farnham, follow Firgrove Hill, then Frensham Road down to Millbridge. After passing through Millbridge, look out for Priory Lane on the left. Head along this to park in the allocated car parks.

Please note: Well-controlled dogs are welcome. This is a Site of Special Scientific Interest, so please keep dogs on leads while birds are nesting (March to September) and observe any local signage. Dog waste bins are provided in the two main car parks.

The Walk

Walk

1 Leave the car park following the path signposted to the cafe. Walk behind the cafe and the round the edge of the lake. Follow the path as it bends round to the right, and continue on the path around the lake. 1-3

2 At this point, the path turns sharply right to head through the woodland and crosses a boadwalk. 4

3 When you emerge from the woodland, take the path to the right, with the trees on your right, walking back towards the lake. 5

4 The path will reach a junction with another path running left to right. Take this path to begin the climb up the ridge. 6

5 At the top of the ridge, you will reach a cross of paths, take the right path. Walk through the trees along the ridge, before you begin the descent back down to the lake. 7
